You can get any of these quests apart from the ones you have already completed. In addition to following your conscience by producing those medications, you've also done a favor for your purse. Sure, it will help the people in many ways, but it will also bring a sweet little profit for you! More often than not it's the special event quest lines that mess up plans as they aren't abort-able quests and they often include a "research a tech" quest. Now that we know how to produce modern medicine, it would be a shame not to do it. As you mentioned by the time you complete such quests 2k coins won't mean much and in the mean time you can complete other side quests that are good for you and get the rewards from them. It'll be better for you in the long run to just keep rejecting those you don't want rather than trying to complete them all and ending up doing things you don't want that will set your plans back. Just keep in mind that the side quests are really just there as an optional goal, something that might align with your plans and give you a slight reward on the way or something that might not align and take you off course (A good example is when 1 of your advisers asks you to build goods buildings that you don't have boosts for). often the quests asks me to do something or build something i have already done, i find it very frustrating, for example to have to build another barracks or range when i already have one, or delete the one i have and rebuild it. I'm pretty sure that for the lower ages at least 1 of the repeat quests is to research the (or any) first tech of the next age, that one will have to be repeatedly aborted in order for you to keep getting quests while not progressing to the next age. 1 i have a question regarding the side quest icons on the left of the screen. Any quests lines that lead to diamonds or anything really special shouldn't start till you're in the respective age for the quest requirements. Those same quests are also not "important" ones so by skipping them (and not getting them back later) you're not losing much, 2k coins isn't much of a reward considering the cost of building those 4 houses. There are a few quests in each age that require you to progress to the next one and it's those ones that you'll have to skip if you want to stay in the same age and get the repeat quests for it.
